We proudly offer made-to-order and size-inclusive garments.

• Customized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

5. Color Accuracy

We do our best to ensure that product colors are displayed accurately. However, due to varying screen resolutions and device settings, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will exactly match the product received.

6. Electronic Communications

By contacting us or placing an order through this website, you consent to receive communications from us electronically—whether via email, WhatsApp, or notifications on our website. These communications fulfill legal requirements for written correspondence.

7. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel an order:

• You must do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
• We do not issue refunds for cancellations. However, you may use the amount paid as store credit toward another outfit.

Famameha reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests based on individual circumstances.

8. Billing & Taxes

• All prices listed are inclusive of applicable GST for domestic orders.
• For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or other taxes may apply based on your local laws. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic Orders: Shipping is free across India. Orders are delivered within 15-20 working days (unless stated otherwise for custom orders).
• International Orders: Shipping fees range between INR 4000–INR 6000, depending on location and parcel weight. Delivery time is approximately 25-30 working days.
• For made-to-order or hand-embroidered pieces, delivery may take 30–45 days.

10. Country of Origin

All Famameha products are proudly designed and handcrafted in India.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with the site’s functionality or security.
