Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that our pieces are made-to-order and require careful crafting before dispatch. This timeline ensures your item is delivered with the attention and quality it deserves.

Non-Working Days

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Kindly factor this in when placing your order.

International Shipping

Timeline

For international orders, please allow an additional 10-15 working days beyond the domestic shipping timeframe to account for customs processing and international logistics.
