1. Return Requests
- Requests must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery, as confirmed by the courier’s tracking details.
- Requests made after this window may not be accepted, as each piece is made to order.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a clear unboxing video is required for us to process a return or exchange.
- This video should show the parcel being opened, the shipping label, and the item’s condition.
This helps us resolve your concern swiftly and fairly for both sides.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Sale items or purchases made during promotional events are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
- We hope you understand that these pieces are limited in nature and specially priced.
5. Refunds
- All approved refunds will be processed as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases. Store credits never expire.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are offered once per order and are limited to size changes only.
- In some cases, shipping costs may apply, depending on your location.
7. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- The original receipt or order confirmation must be included.
- We reserve the right to decline returns if items show signs of wear, damage, or missing documentation.
8. Processing Time
- Once your return is approved and received, please allow 7–10 business days for your store credit or exchange to be processed.
9. Shipping Responsibility for Returns
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging return items.
- We are unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
